We celebrate the remarkable strides women are making in medicine and beyond. From medical school to consultant ranks, physiotherapy, and leadership roles, women are breaking barriers, and we are fully committed to supporting and amplifying that progress. We are actively recruiting and ensuring balanced gender representation across all aspects of care because we know that healthcare is stronger when women thrive.
In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2025, we hosted a series of activities designed to honor the resilience, leadership, and excellence of the women who shape our institution.
From panel discussions to recognition ceremonies, our events highlighted the achievements of female doctors, nurses, administrators, and other healthcare professionals across the R-Jolad group. We reaffirmed our commitment to advancing gender equality in the healthcare sector and supporting women at every stage of their careers.
