Position Summary: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing and converting warm leads into paying customers across various digital and offline touchpoints. This role is critical to improving the ROI of our paid digital promotions, WhatsApp campaigns, website enquiries, community medical outreaches, and other marketing or business development-led initiatives.

Your role is to actively follow up, engage, and convert prospects into bookings or confirmed sales of hospital services and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a structured, data-driven record of all leads, interactions, and conversion outcomes to support continuous performance tracking and optimisation.

Objective: The role will serve as a key liaison between R-Jolad Hospital and prospective clients across multiple lead sources, including digital campaigns, WhatsApp enquiries, website traffic, and outreach programs, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate lead tracking, and consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience. This role directly supports the organisation’s growth and revenue objectives through effective deal closure and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Conversion
    • Proactively follow up on leads from multiple channels, including paid digital ads, WhatsApp, websites, outreach campaigns, and call-ins.
    • Understand customer needs through effective questioning and match them with appropriate service offerings.
    • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of R-Jolad services in a compelling and customer-friendly manner.
    • Convert prospects into paying clients by securing bookings, registrations, or
    • Follow through on hesitant or undecided leads with structured reminders and persuasion
  • Communication & Client Handling
    • Implement handling of both outbound and inbound communications
    • Resolve objections tactfully and escalate complex
    • Ensure warm, courteous, and helpful interaction
    • Maintain brand tone and consistency
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Maintain a daily tracker detailing leads engaged, lead source, deal status, contact information, and follow-up schedule.
    • Submit daily and weekly reports including conversion rates, objections, drop-off points, and
    • Keep lead databases clean and up-to-
  • Collaboration & Feedback
    • Maintain Work with Marketing, Clinical Services, and Digital teams to align
    • Share insights with Marketing on lead effectiveness and campaign
    • Support follow-ups from outreach and health
  • Operational Support
    • Support the team in setting and monitoring key performance metrics.
    • Regularly track and report on the performance of business development initiatives.

Competencies

  • 1–2 years in telesales, customer service, or inside healthcare or fintech experience is a plus.
  • A minimum of an HND in a relevant bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
