Dr. Oladipo is a University Scholar who graduated with distinction from the University of Ibadan (Faculty of Medicine) MBBS in June 1978. He completed his internship at the General Hospital, Ilorin in 1979.
His NYSC was completed at the Shagamu Local government Health Central in 1980. His first job was at the First Shadrack Hospital, Association Ave., Ilupeju, Lagos, between 1980 and 1982.
In 1982, Dr. Oladipo started his own hospital; R-Jolad Hospital and Maternity home. Amidst his various continuous education and development programs, Dr. Oladipo also completed his leadership training at the Haggai Institute for Leadership Training, Singapore. R-Jolad has been growing in leaps and bounds under his inspiring leadership.
Dr. Oladipo is a recipient of many awards in honour of his tireless contribution to the society.
Mrs. Oladipo is a graduate of Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin. She joined the service of RJH in 1985. She occupies the position of Executive Director and oversees the Finance, Administrative and Supporting departments of the hospital. She has provided and continues to provide sound and strong leadership whilst providing listening ear and helping hands for many of her staff.
Mrs. Omopariola is a 2001 graduate of accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ede. She has a Masters Degree at Lagos State University in Business Administration.
She is also a chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountant with the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (2015).
She has worked with various organizations including Allied Air Limited (A Cargo Airline), Ayotunde Fasoro & Co. Firm (A Tax Consulting Firm) and also served at Central Bank of Nigeria Enugu. She joined R-Jolad Hospital at Accounts Manager in January 2013.
Mrs. Ogundare is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (B.A Geo 1999), has a post-graduate diploma in management from Institute of Management UK (ICM), Diploma in human resources development also from (ICM). Member Nigeria Institute of Commercial management (MNIM), Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM)
Also professional diploma in human resource management, she has worked with various organizations: fast forward logistics as the Office Administrator/HR, Body bits as the General Manager.
She joined R-Jolad Hospital as Human Resource Manager in November 2nd, 2015.
Mrs. Ipaye is a graduate of Applied Science in Nursing from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia.
She has worked with various organizations: Washington Adventist Hospital, Takoma Maryland ; John’s Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland; St. Joseph Hospital- Emergency Room, Stockton , California; Specialty Clinic Coordinator at Department of correction state of California. Her area of specialty and interests are CCRN, Cardiology, Telemetry, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Mother and Child, ICU, Medical Surgery.
Ms. Esther graduated with a BSc Physiology degree from UCL London in 1998 and a BSc Biochemistry degree in 2000 from University of Southampton, UK. She is a qualified teacher and lecturer with a PGCE from the University of Southampton. She worked as a teacher in Redbridge School, Southampton before relocating to Nigeria in 2006 to take up a post as the Hospital Administrator at R-Jolad Hospital.
She is an MBA graduate of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Frankfurt, Germany. In her spare time, Esther enjoys reading and writing lyrics.
Dr. Ogundokun graduated from Ahmadu Bello University (Faculty of Medicine), Zaria, in 1980. He was a house officer in the General hospital Ilorin from 1980 - 1981. His NYSC was completed in Neuro-psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos in 1982. He had his postgraduate residency training in pathology at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital Nigeria. He left in 1985 as a Registrar.
In 1984 - 1985 he was public secretary for the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) UITH, Ilorin. In 1987-1999, he became a medical officer in R-Jolad Hospital Lagos. Between 1999-2005, he worked as a medical director in LABOS Hospital Fadeyi, Lagos.
He was an Honorary Lecturer at Health Sciences LCBCS Clapham Common South West London-England between 2005-2007. During this period, he became an Internal Assessor NVQ (Healthcare) Borough College Clapham Common South West London-England. He is an Editorial Board Member for the Magazine "PRACTISING DOCTOR".
