We are committed to delivering high quality, personalised healthcare to people of all ages and in every stage of life. We are committed to creating and maintaining a climate that attracts, keeps and motivates a diverse staff of top quality people.

R-Jolad Hospital was founded on the 21st of April, 1982 by Dr. R. F. Oladipo. The Hospital started with a leased storey building situated at number 5, Akindele Street, New garage, Gbagada. Its staff consisted of two doctors, six nurses, two cleaners and a night guard. The bed capacity was 10 admission beds. There was a labour room, a minor theatre and an injection room.
By 1983, the staff number increased with more full time doctors, locum and nurses. And as demands for our services increased, by 1986 a storey building at No 4, Safuratu Street was purchase in addition to No 5, Akindele Street. The staff capacity also increased.
In 1987 No 1, Akindele Street was purchased. It was a building of 6 2-bed flats which were initially used as they were. In 1990 the building was renovated and our occupancy of No. 5, Akindele Street was given up. As the need for further expansion increased, the building at No. 2 Safuratu was purchased.
By 1990 we began renovation works on the building, the work was completed in 1991 and we gave up our occupancy at No 5 Akindele Street. Our total admission capacity at this stage had grown to 100 beds.
Increased need for further expansion led to the purchase of No. 2, Safuratu Street and the renovation was completed in July of 2002. The addition of this building increased the bed capacity to 100.
